All fees paid for courses, training programs, registration, and related services are considered final and are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Admission Confirmation
Once admission is confirmed and payment is processed, the seat is reserved for the student and resources are allocated. Therefore, payments cannot be refunded.
3. Change of Batch
Students may request a change of batch or schedule (subject to availability) instead of cancellation.
4. Exceptional Situations
In rare cases, if a course is not conducted by the institute, students may be offered an alternative batch or equivalent training.
5. Non-Transferable Fees
Fees paid are non-transferable to another student or course unless approved by management.
6. Digital / Study Materials
Once study materials, login access, or training resources are provided, no refund will be applicable.
7. Duplicate Payment
Only duplicate payments made due to technical errors may be adjusted or refunded after verification.
8. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course or service, the student agrees to this refund policy.
